In 2004, TileArt, LLC collaborated with Food Fight Restaurant Group CEO, Monty Schiro, to design the bar countertop and pebble mosaic at the front entry. In the bar countertop, we included a fern from Monty’s home garden and an origami made by a member of his family. The restaurant changed to Texas Tub’s in 2007, and the décor was changed at that time, as well. Those exceptional countertops were covered with zinc for Texas Tub’s, which eventually became Einstein Bros Bagels, where everything changed. Hopefully, those countertops are still being used somewhere…
